We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Program Coordinator to join our team, supporting our Citi Inclusion Network Program. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation, effective communication, and strategic advancement of our global inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our internal networks, managing program logistics, and contributing to the overall success of the firm’s engagement efforts.
Job Responsibility:
manage daily administrative and operational tasks for the Citi Inclusion Network Program
monitor program inboxes, respond promptly to inquiries, and work with the appropriate team members for resolution
understand key processes to troubleshoot issues and guide networks in their operations
build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, providing regular updates on program activity
contribute to strategic projects, including planning and execution
generate reports on program activities, progress, and impact
assist in the launch and ongoing support of new inclusion networks
proactively identify potential risks, escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders and ensure networks follow established governance procedures
develop and distribute program communications, updates, and promotional materials
create professional and engaging PowerPoint slides for various internal and external audiences
deliver internal presentations with the support of the Program Manager to support the program
facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
2-5 years relevant experience
proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a large, global organization
demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and prioritize effectively
fluency in English (essential), with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership
strong attention to detail
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
ability to build strong working relationships across a broad range of countries, seniority and departments.
