Job Description:

This role is for a professional internship at Galp within the Upstream business unit, focusing on planning, Joint Ventures Management, and stakeholder interaction. The position includes tasks such as monitoring Joint Ventures Approvals software processes, running Joint Ventures Management responsibilities, and providing support to the decision-making process.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor the Joint Ventures Approvals (JVA) software update process and ensure the success of its implementation
have a wide vision of Galp Upstream projects and operations, while learning all software features, contacting with the several teams involved and managing the daily processes
run JVM tasks (cash calls, audits, time writing) while managing the JVA processes on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

Graduation in management, economics, engineering or similar
strong oral and written English communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
attention to detail, curiosity and creativity with problem solving mindset
a great communicator and good at managing external and internal stakeholders
ability to handle different projects simultaneously and provide deliverables under tight deadlines
