This role involves defending high value and complex claims within a tier-1 ranked, award-winning Professional Indemnity team. Job Responsibility:

  • Defend high value and complex claims
  • handle claims and related insurance issues concerning professional service providers such as accountants, actuaries, architects, brokers, engineers, lawyers, and others

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • solid track record dealing with professional indemnity insurance claims
  • experience with D&O, coverage, and professional negligence within the insurance industry
  • ability to investigate and defend high value and/or technically complex cases
