Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical lead to join our Operations team and spearhead our tooling and automation journey within our Network and Infrastructure Operations functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a passion for automation, and a proven track record of successfully implementing DevOps practices. This role will be instrumental in defining the vision and strategy for our automation transformation, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Define and implement automation and tooling strategy
Tooling selection and implementation
Design and implement automation solutions for build, test, deployment, and infrastructure management processes
Orchestrate complex workflows and deployments using appropriate tools, leveraging AI capabilities
Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions aligned with best practices
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices
Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in an operations and automation engineering role
Strong understanding and proven experience of DevOps principles and practices
Experience with a wide range of Automation and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
