Job Description:

The role involves delivering measurable and impactful change across Production Management at Citi. Responsibilities include strategic vision, change programs, analytics, and problem solving, along with working with senior stakeholders to evolve processes. The role is positioned within the Optimisation and Enablement team and offers a hybrid working model.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver measurable and impactful change across Production Management
Work on strategic vision, change programs, analytics, and problem solving
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful change aligned with strategy and objectives
Lead initiatives to evolve processes and approaches within production management.

Requirements:

Highly organised with excellent presentational and communication skills
Self-discipline and self-starter

Excellent Office skills and proficiency in using AI for productivity
Proven experience in leading people and change
Proficiency in data analysis and actionable insights
Passion for technology, data, and processes to advance organizations

Significant relevant experience
Experience of senior stakeholder management
Project management with demonstrable results in improving IT services
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
