As the Production Management Operations & Strategic Data Lead Analyst, you will manage critical initiatives that drive improvements in overall operational stability, support workforce transformation, and optimize analytics and reporting. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, excellent analytical skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Focused on supporting the Production Management team with administrative structure and strategic support for workforce transformation, business data analytics and reporting including tactical and strategic organizational leadership
Responsible for executing business processes in Workforce Management, Third Party Management Oversight, Financial stewardship, strategic and tactical operations execution, address operational, financial, and workforce risks that could impact the team
Activities from leading small to mid-size initiatives to assisting managers on larger more complex activities related to operational business functions that affect team members and service providers at the market level
Works closely with the process and function owners to gain in-depth understanding of strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates
Undertaking of specific projects across coverage topics and infrastructure support to enhance and optimize assurance work and reporting
Directly reports to the Production Management - Global Operational Governance Head
Engagement of key stakeholders in conjunction with the Regional Lead’s to ensure alignment, clarity and support of business priorities, proactive escalation on matters related to workforce management, location strategy, resource allocation, and/or workforce issues and risks
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
Stay current with customer needs and strategies
Developing communication materials (emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) to communicate updates and facilitating project meetings
Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, initiating projects, driving the resolution of issues, and holding team accountable for results
Provide business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
5+ years working within a technology environment
3+ years solid experience in using Tableau, and Excel is a must (reporting and formulas)
Proven experience in providing executive level reporting to senior management
Proven ability to develop efficient and effective processes
Proven experience partnering with global support teams
Expert experience performing analytics and reporting
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to think strategically and logically
Experience providing detailed analysis a must
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple audiences (staff, business partners, management) to ensure the highest level of customer service
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, returns level data etc.
Self-reliant, reliable, well-organized, and able to keep a number of activities in progress in parallel, balancing priorities as necessary
