Our client is an international company providing services in the IT industry. The company has a qualified team of specialists who are involved in the production and improvement of electronic translators and dictionaries enabling communication in 70 languages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cooperation with the Chinese team and subcontractors, synchronization of cooperation between the Polish and Chinese branches
  • Supervising electronics production (ordering components, commissioning assembly, quality control)
  • Coordination of schedules and delivery deadlines
  • Supporting the local team in sales activities
  • Conducting optimizations in terms of quality, timeliness, and production costs
  • Assortment development

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in conducting QC
  • Experience in working with hardware
  • Chinese + Polish language skills
  • Strong communication skills, understanding of Chinese and European cultures
  • Understanding of technical aspects (especially electronics and plastic production processes)

Nice to have:

  • Sales experience will be a nice addition
  • Experience working with wearable devices such as smartphones
