Job Description:

KP Staffing Saginaw is now hiring a production assembly operator in Fort Worth! This is for a manufacturing facility in the Fort Worth/Alliance area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assemble components and finished products following work instructions and specifications
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and tools
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Identify and report defects or process issues
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (electronics a plus)
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
