Are you the ultimate utility player? We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Logistics and Production Associate to serve as the backbone of our fast-paced facility. Job Responsibility:

  • Production & Packaging: Support the finishing line by bagging, counting, labeling, and palletizing products with high attention to detail
  • Material Handling: Safely manage inventory flow by loading and unloading pallets and shipments
  • Operational Readiness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. This includes assisting the sanitation team and performing critical cleanup tasks like shoveling grain spills
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely under the direction of Supervisors and Main Operators to troubleshoot needs and keep the facility running smoothly
  • Safety Leadership: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements to ensure a zero-injury environment

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in a general labor or warehouse setting
  • Safety-conscious with knowledge of risks and Lockout procedures
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools to complete daily tasks
  • Fast-paced mindset: Capable of staying productive in high-energy environments
