Job Description:

Sopra Steria is seeking a Product Trainer Manager-HR to develop and deliver engaging soft skills training programs. Responsibilities include designing training materials, facilitating sessions, evaluating program effectiveness, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, and staying updated with industry trends. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, and a Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and design engaging and interactive soft skills training programs tailored to various employee levels and departments
  • Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, ensuring content is current and relevant
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and surveys
  • Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results and industry best practices
  • Work closely with DU heads, HR, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in soft skills training
  • Incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs to keep them fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance is preferred)
  • Total experience of 08-12 years.

Master’s degree or relevant certification, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
