Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will focus on enhancing agent experiences, resolving user concerns, and guiding individuals through technical solutions and features. As part of a dynamic team in the insurance industry, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative support and ensuring seamless communication and functionality for agents and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as primary advocate for agents, sales staff, and internal teams
Collaborate with management to design and prioritize features based on agent feedback
Assist in developing carrier inbound data processes for sales readiness reports
Provide analytical support to create actionable sales reports and dashboards
Participate in product visioning and roadmap discussions
Guide agents in testing and utilizing specific product features
Investigate and report product issues by simulating user scenarios
Maintain and update internal databases with records of technical issues
Monitor and respond to agent complaints on social media
Share feedback-driven feature requests and effective resolutions with team members

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or product support roles
Strong communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport
Familiarity with handling inbound calls and addressing user queries
Analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable reports
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve product-related issues
Proficiency in managing databases and documenting technical interactions
Experience in gathering and sharing feedback to inform product development
