Job Description:

This role focuses on providing expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support for end users. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and consulting partners, leveraging their technical skills to enhance system efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with consulting partners to align Business Central solutions with organizational needs
Serve as an advocate for employee requirements, ensuring system configurations meet user expectations
Utilize Power Automate to design and implement automated workflows within Business Central
Create and maintain custom reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Provide hands-on support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing technical issues and optimizing performance
Integrate cloud technologies to enhance system scalability and reliability
Support and troubleshoot Active Directory and backup solutions to maintain system integrity
Leverage tools like Power BI to develop visual dashboards and analytics
Ensure seamless operation of Cisco and Citrix technologies within the IT ecosystem
Manage hardware and software components, including Dell technologies, to maintain operational efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or product specialist role
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation and customization
Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
Strong skills in report writing and data visualization using Power BI
Familiarity with Cisco, Citrix, and cloud technologies
Knowledge of Active Directory and backup technologies
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and external partners
Ability to manage and troubleshoot computer hardware, including Dell systems
