Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team in Teaneck, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our products while addressing customer needs with efficiency and professionalism. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in troubleshooting, technical support, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive product support to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software-related problems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product performance aligns with customer expectations
Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and Outlook to track support requests and maintain detailed records
Offer guidance and training to customers to enhance their understanding and use of the products
Manage and support EO/IR systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
Maintain and manage Active Directory accounts as part of user support services
Assist in configuring and maintaining computer hardware to meet operational standards
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns with patience and expertise
Continuously update knowledge of product features and industry best practices

Requirements:

Proficiency in using Microsoft tools, including Excel and Outlook
Strong understanding of database management and data analysis
Experience with EO/IR systems and their maintenance
Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management
Familiarity with computer hardware setup and troubleshooting
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
