Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Buying, we are seeking a proactive Product Support Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a great all-rounder who will be supporting our Admin and Buying teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Product creation and database maintenance
  • Creating products in our system using excel templates and data entry into our B2B online platform
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure all product descriptions are appropriate and images are high quality
  • Create and maintain product listings on Amazon
  • Maintain supplier product listings on ERP
  • Process supplier invoices into ERP online platform
  • Monitor a variety of inventory system alerts, reviewing each for investigation and correction
  • Support product buyers and admin team in their day-to-day activities when required

Requirements:

  • 2 years + experience working in an administrative role
  • Data entry experience with high attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Outlook/excel
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including advance functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables and the use of tools like “what if analysis” for date -driven decision making
  • Knowledge of database maintenance, ensuring accuracy, consistency and regular updates to support efficient business practices
  • Ability to multitask and build strong working relations
  • Customer service experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience in product creation processes, including inputting and organising product-specific data would be an advantage
  • Ideally be able to assist in reviewing new products (Knowledge and passion of Board Games desired but not essential)
