Product Requirement Specialist - Cyber Security

• Monitor, analyse and document existing and future international and national regulatory and standards requirements within assigned area(s)
• Inform and lead trainings on new or updated requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate stakeholders in relevant working groups and forums
• Influence relevant new and existing legislations, regulations, and standards within assigned area(s)
• Maintain network of stakeholders in external alliances and standardization-organisations
• Actively contribute to Requirement & Compliance community within Inter IKEA Group

• Strong leadership in line with IKEA Culture & Values
• Good understanding of general concepts of cybersecurity
• Experience from product requirements, compliance, and/or product development with focus on Cyber Security features
• Experience from working with Cyber Security or other relevant regulations and/or standards in operational position
• Experience from standardisation tasks in regional or international forums is a plus
• Ability to build trustful relationships at all levels
• Clear and inspiring communication skills
• Eager to take initiative and driven to achieve results
• Enjoy developing through innovation and building relationships and networks
