This is a fantastic opportunity to join Everseen, a rapidly scaling global AI company, as our Product Release Program Manager, where you’ll drive seamless product launches that shape the future of retail innovation. As a Product Release Program Manager III, you will be a key member of Everseen’s PMO Team (Program Management Office) ensuring processes are well defined and applied during release management involving all stakeholders (Product, Research and Development, ICT, Operations). You will be responsible for tracking all projects related to product releases in a timely manner, involving and communicating with the required stakeholders. You may also be responsible for some additional projects in the wider development area. A further part of your role will be to maintain and evolve the processes within the development of the product.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the release planning process
  • Identify creative and robust solutions to address project roadblocks, risks and issues
  • Coordinate stakeholder calls, serving as the main point of contact for release queries and tracking
  • Manage and own all projects for assigned customer/release
  • Ensure effective management of project timelines, define and control program scope, monitor and manage program finances, and uphold quality standards for all deliverables
  • Work closely with the R&D, Product, Operations (Customer Deployment), DevOps and Quality teams to manage expectations regarding release delivery
  • Coordinate onboarding reporting and collaborate with R&D and Operations Teams to provide and present project updates for customers and internal management
  • Coordinate system performance analysis with technical and data teams
  • Create and coordinate Jira tickets to track project tasks internally across departments
  • Escalate any issues impacting project delivery to management
  • Drive the completion of tasks from initiation to completion and have full ownership of projects/releases

Requirements:

  • 8-11 years of work experience in a relevant role and global SaaS company
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent focusing on the computer science field is preferred
