Product Quality & Recovery Manager

• Lead, coach and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team
• Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to Product Recovery, Quality & Compliance process
• Set goals and key measures for Product Recovery, Quality & Compliance (PQR&C)
• Ensure team takes timely and appropriate actions according to IKEA Australia's working methods and compliance guidelines
• Present and sell As-Is products with pride and purpose
• Actively contribute to commercial activities throughout the year with 2nd life product offer

• Confident leader with passion for sustainability
• Strong business acumen, curiosity, and hands-on approach
• Track record of delivering on sales KPIs and budgets
• Previous experience managing and leading teams in big box or high-volume home furnishing business
• Growth mindset
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence others
• Pro-active and analytical with focus on identifying root causes
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite/apps (MS Excel intermediate to advanced level)
• Solid understanding of waste management and sustainability principles (desirable)
