We’re looking for our second marketing hire to lead high-leverage initiatives across product marketing and content. You’ll partner closely with product, design, customer success, and the founding team bring new product features to market and communicate product value across the funnel. This is a zero-to-one role: you’ll help define our marketing motion, experiment across channels, and build the foundation for how we launch, position, and scale new products.
Job Responsibility:
Craft clear, compelling messaging for product features and updates across our socials and website
Design and execute GTM strategies for launches across web, email, in-product, website, and social
Build internal enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards) to support Sales + CSM
Work closely with design and growth to develop creative assets and campaigns
Interview customers and conduct competitive research to shape positioning
Collaborate with engineering + product to influence roadmap with customer insights
Track and report on performance of product marketing efforts
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in product marketing or growth marketing at a high-growth SaaS company
Write clearly and persuasively, with a sharp eye for narrative and tone
Are comfortable talking to customers, understanding their needs, and turning insights into action
Can manage multiple projects at once and ship fast
Have experience working cross-functionally with product, eng, sales, and design
Nice to have:
Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech
Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers
Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows
