Product Manager

• Define Product Strategies and Roadmaps: Develop and manage product portfolio strategies, creating comprehensive roadmaps to guide strategic planning and tactical execution
• Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives to define market requirements and identify opportunities for new products and growth
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the creation of deliverables and coordinate activities across engineering, quality, marketing, sales, and project management teams for seamless product development and lifecycle management
• Product Positioning and Pricing: Develop effective pricing models and positioning strategies, aligning promotional plans and marketing campaigns with product line objectives to convey consistent messaging
• Product Life Cycle and Portfolio Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, support sales with demand forecasting, and ensure alignment with innovation goals to meet product vitality metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Specialist or 2 years as a Product Manager
• Proven expertise in sales, marketing, and/or product management functions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in brand management and developing effective promotional plans
• Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) environments
• Project management training or certification is considered a plus
