Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the development and enhancement of our internally developed project management tools. Job Responsibility:

Manage and improve IT Product/Service over complete lifecycle
Be accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT Product/Service –orchestrate responsible roles
Plan activities for IT Product/Service within planning processes in close alignment with the Business Teams, IT Solution Managers, IT Operations Lead, IT Application Support Service Manager and IT Architect
Align the IT Product/Service roadmap closely with IT Portfolio Management during its whole lifecycle (incl. version planning and overlapping requirement mgmt.)
Take responsibility for economic success –plan necessary resources, forecast financials and ensure first in class quality/price relation based on requirements
Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Product/Service
Make sure that IT Product/Service descriptions in the catalog are kept up to date
Analyze and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
Ensure achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures
Drive standardization of IT Products/Services within CI in close alignment with other IT Product/Service Owner and Solution Manager

Requirements:

Have a passion for the IT P/S/S
Profound understanding of market, customer, related processes
Entrepreneurial thinking
Strong analytical skills
Leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating personality
Excellent communication and moderation skills
Understanding of structure and working environment of the global international organization
Fluent in English
