Job Responsibility:

Play a key role in shaping Circle K's global personalization initiatives
Drive the creation of compelling, personalized customer experiences
Support implementation and optimization of personalization strategies
Apply data-driven approach to guide decision-making
Collaborate with loyalty, marketing, digital, analytics, and operational teams
Help deliver cohesive and rewarding member journey across all touchpoints

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in product management
Focus on loyalty programs, CRM, and customer lifecycle management
Solid understanding of personalization strategies across digital and in-store channels
Exposure to marketing automation or personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign)
Ability to contribute to product discovery by gathering and translating requirements into backlog items
Ability to analyze customer behavior data and campaign performance metrics
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Proactive in spotting pain points and opportunities
Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
