Job Description:

The Product Manager for Application Management Services will lead the development of managed services portfolios and evaluate market trends in SAP solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying and evaluating market trends and new technologies for SAP application management services and SAP cloud solutions
  • Creating managed services portfolio roadmaps
  • Designing new global managed services in terms of content, offerings, and cost calculation
  • End-to-end service offer management (go-to-market, portfolio, delivery) with a focus on portfolio lifecycle management
  • Supporting the sales and presales teams with expertise
  • Maintaining key product documentation (SOWs, costing, pricing, sales enablement) in collaboration with Presales & Bid Management
  • Providing internal teams with product knowledge and conducting enablement sessions to ensure readiness for market launch
  • Preparing decision-making templates for senior/executive management

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed a degree in (business) information technology, economics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP AMS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Application Management and SAP Products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP), AMS Presales, and/or Product Management
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and/or German
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting, combined with strong communication and presentation skills and a confident manner
  • Team-oriented approach to work – including in an international environment

Nice to have:

Experience with outcome-based AMS models, industry specific AMS models and familiarity with AI-infused service offerings
