As a Product Manager Analytics, you're not just building dashboards; you're building the strategic intelligence of our clients. Your mission is to transform billions of raw data points into actionable insights that drive our clients' business decisions. You will be the bridge between the technical complexity of data and the simplicity of use necessary for performance.
Job Responsibility:
Define and champion the vision for Analytics products to make them industry-leading tools
Identify monetization and differentiation opportunities through data (benchmarking, predictions, automation)
Prioritize an ambitious roadmap by balancing immediate client needs with breakthrough innovations
Total immersion: Understand publishers' business challenges to anticipate their needs
Transform client feedback into intuitive features that facilitate daily decision-making and the use of our products
Remove barriers to usage and adoption of our Analytics products
Collaborate closely with Technical & Data teams to ensure data quality, freshness, and scalability
Drive product delivery with technical teams: from design to production
Measure the adoption, impact, and success of deployed features
Support client-facing teams and our clients to demonstrate the value delivered by our analytics products
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within Sparteo
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally on complex B2B SaaS or data-heavy products
Strong Analytics mindset: you have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Data knowledge: You speak the language of data (SQL basics, understanding of data pipelines, DataViz expertise)
AdTech Culture: Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem (RTB, header bidding, yield) is a serious asset
Exceptional Communicator: Ability to simplify technical concepts and project / inspire technical or non-technical stakeholders
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You know how to design features / products capable of driving business
