We're seeking an accomplished Digital Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for innovative advertising technology solutions that enable broadcasters, streaming services, and digital media organizations to optimize revenue across every platform, linear, digital, and connected TV. You'll play a strategic role in defining the next generation of ad delivery, programmatic workflows, and monetization capabilities, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring impactful, data-driven products to market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute digital product strategies aligned with business growth and profitability goals
Define advertising technology features that enhance cross-platform and programmatic delivery
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities in the AdTech ecosystem
Translate insights into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product roadmaps
Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches
Engage directly with customers to understand digital advertising workflows and evolving requirements
Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships that strengthen product differentiation
Support go-to-market efforts with product positioning, enablement, and training
Requirements:
Proven success managing software or AdTech products within a global or enterprise environment
Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic ad serving, and CTV ecosystems
Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or comparable systems
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen
Skilled in market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
