Drive development, strategy, roadmap and success of our digital payment portal
Demonstrate true ownership of the managed products

Own product strategy and roadmap for managed products
Work closely with other Senior PMs to ensure consistency on strategy
Prioritise ruthlessly to avoid feature accumulation
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle
Develop and validate product requirements by testing assumptions with customers
Decide when to build, buy, or partner using clear metrics
Monitor regulatory requirements impacting the Business Office
Measure adoption, utilisation, and financial impact to assess product success
Clearly articulate value proposition and differentiation
Enable internal teams and customers through clear communication
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, healthcare, or related discipline
At least 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or SaaS products
Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated use of data and metrics to drive product decisions and outcomes
Clear and effective communicator
Solid understanding of core product management fundamentals
Hands-on experience working with engineering teams using agile or iterative development practices
Experience in Product Management of Financial Services, E-commerce, digital payment processing, credit card merchants, global banking, and financial technology
Strong understanding of APIs
Expertise in Agile Methodology
