Job Description:

Reporting to the Product Load Manager, the Product Loading Intern will support the Product Load Executive on project-based tasks with low risk. They will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining products in Discova’s system, including all product types such as hotels, transfers, sightseeing day trips, pre-packaged tours, and cruises. This role is suited for someone highly motivated to work with systems, has strong attention to detail, and is willing to collaborate as part of a team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure load is done accurately and to the agreed one best way across the company to optimize output
  • Manage workflow of the assignment task and ticket request
  • Taking directions from the Product Load manager ensure that the intern is willing to support all product load projects
  • Collaborate closely across departments to understand the full functionality of the systems used
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and performance
  • Follow approved and updated loading policies and procedures
  • Ensure contract rates/information are updated accurately
  • Be passionate about new learnings in a fun and interactive environment to make sure new learnings stick
