2+ years of work experience in consulting, business operations or product analysis — with proven hands-on experience using AI, machine learning, or data science techniques to solve complex business problems
Bachelor's degree required from a strong university, preferably in an analytical field (e.g. Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance)
Demonstrated ability to explain or describe a complex business challenge you’ve solved using AI, including how you approached the problem, designed the solution, and measured its impact
Ability to effectively manage, execute and deliver multiple tasks/projects simultaneously on tight timelines

Job Responsibility

Identify and measure the key metrics to prove existing product performance and customer success
Perform regular ad-hoc analyses through requests from business and product stakeholders
Work directly with the Product Team to analyze, understand, and communicate the future growth of opportunities for HomeLight - including AI-based models or insights that drive better decision-making
Build business cases, operating, and financial models while working with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance for exciting new products and businesses
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned for operational status surrounding product and business lines
