Job Description:

Product Designer role at Onebox (Fever Group) focusing on end-to-end ticketing solutions for events. The position involves working in the Product Design team to create beautiful and usable designs based on client and user insights, with ownership over key parts of the app and web experience.

Job Responsibility:

Be the design owner within a squad
Develop the best experience for users based on insights from real people
Turn insights into beautifully designed products
Drive the evolution of both the team and the product design
Work closely with engineers, researchers, and product managers
Have ownership over key parts of the app and web
Help design the overall experience of the product
Take full ownership of work and responsibility for every detail
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes
Lead design projects to increase activation, retention and engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing at consumer-focused tech companies
Strong UX Design skills and product mindset
Core strengths in visual design and ability to create high-quality designs
Experience working with product managers, engineers and researchers
Ability to synthesize and incorporate different points of view in design work
Strong communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
Comfortable working with remote colleagues, multidisciplinary teams and external partners
Fluent in English
Portfolio absolutely required
