Job Description:

We’re building an AI platform that turns disconnected tools and processes into one connected system. We help fast moving companies understand what’s happening, decide what to do next and help them act on it. We’re hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) for a 3-month fixed-term role (with extension potential) to join our Research & Innovation team in Sydney. You’ll support early-stage experiments that push the boundaries of decision intelligence - turning backend logic into bold, user-friendly experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support UX/UI design across Decidr’s experimental features
  • Turn early concepts into clear interfaces and workflows using Figma
  • Contribute to our design system and visual consistency
  • Work closely with the Founder, engineers and product managers
  • Help make the complex feel intuitive

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI, or a strong portfolio of practical work
  • Exceptional Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping.
  • An strong eye for UI design, detail and consistency
  • A structured approach to workflows

Nice to have:

Experience designing around data-heavy or technical concepts
