Job Responsibility:

  • Continuously monitor technology trends, market requirements and reference design developments
  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with leading IC manufacturers
  • Recognizing new integration possibilities for Würth Elektronik components at an early stage
  • Analyzing circuit diagrams, testing evaluation boards and deriving technical findings
  • Creating technical documentation, presentations and specialist articles
  • Provide regular on-site support to semiconductor manufacturers in Germany and Europe

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering (B.Sc. required
  • Dipl.-Ing. or M.Sc. preferred)
  • Practical, in-depth knowledge of power electronics and circuit analysis
  • Sound knowledge of passive components, power supply topologies, measurement technology and reference design methodology
  • Keen interest in power electronics, modern power topologies and technological development
  • Flexibility for international assignments (30-40%)
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Analytical depth, structured way of working, initiative, reliability
