Job Description:

We’re the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs. Job Responsibility:

Secure compliance with different reporting obligations e.g. green tax and EPR, GPSR
Act as one point of contact and coordinator between transporters and customs agency when it comes to customs clearance
Monitor relevant legislative changes and take part in the implementation
Support the Hungarian stores in product compliance related questions
Keep contact with authorities and cooperate in answering authority requests
Experience the cohesion of our international Product Compliance Matrix

Requirements:

Bachelor's or higher degree, preferably in economics
Foreign trade, customs or environmental reporting related studies or experience is seen as advantage
Ability to communicate in English and Hungarian (verbally and written) with colleagues, managers, and external partners
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Accuracy, attention to detail skills
Openness to teamwork cross-functionally
