Job Responsibility:
Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team
Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer
Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project
Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services
Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives
Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers
Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility
Requirements:
Technical knowledge
Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications
Competent in various separation processes and products
Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way
Use active listening
Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence Digital customer support interaction
Proactive, Service minded, strong in customer care and take quick actions
Ability to train and coach others on P&A certifications
