Job Description:

TUI MM is a leading Tours & Activities business offering over 160,000 activities worldwide. The Product Analyst role involves analyzing and monitoring product performance, managing data demands, working with various teams for data alignment, and driving data-driven decision-making to enhance products and services.

Job Responsibility:

Own the data demand management process within your domain
manage intra-domain and cross-domain data requests efficiently
collaborate with Business, Product, and Tech teams
ensure alignment across different functions
prioritize requests using structured frameworks
maintain and update backlogs
participate in prioritization meetings
support ongoing optimization of processes
facilitate data-driven decision-making
analyze and enhance digital products and services
improve business models and product strategies
conduct business impact and cost evaluations
align inputs to comprehensive strategies and roadmaps
collaborate across departments to refine performance reporting
support short- and long-term product growth objectives.

Requirements:

Proficient in English
familiar with tools such as PowerBI, GA4, Excel
financial knowledge and experience are a plus: understand core financial metrics (P&L, cost allocation, forecasting, etc.) and can translate financial needs into actionable data requirements
ability to analyze, extract, and manipulate data
strong problem-solving and analytical skills
effective communication and collaboration skills.
