Allied Direct, a division of Allied Mortgage Group, is growing its Bala Cynwyd, PA Direct-to-Consumer Sales Team. We have an outstanding career opportunity for a high-performing, Multi-State licensed, Producing Branch Sales Manager. Allied Mortgage Group is a mortgage banker currently licensed in 35 states. Our forward-thinking team is committed to helping our clients obtain residential real estate financing tailored to their personal needs and goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct activity of Loan Officer Staff to achieve maximum production
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee career development
  • Monitor loan officer pipelines for timely processing and customer experience
  • Oversee sales team performance and communicate goals
  • Generate new business through company-provided leads and develop referral business
  • Recruit, hire, and train branch personnel
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and company policies
  • Project a professional image and adhere to company standards
  • Maintain personal production pipeline and achieve company loan productivity goals

Requirements:

  • NMLS Licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator
  • Multi-state license preferred
  • Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines
  • Understanding of all processes in real estate transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years mortgage banking experience
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to manage all phases of residential mortgage origination
  • Ability to interact with regional/corporate departments and lead a sales team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Active in community and job-related organizations
  • Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate personnel
  • Ability to work flexible hours
