Job Description:

Are you a proactive procurement professional with a passion for technology and operational excellence? Join our client's dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of components and materials that power our innovative solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
onboard new partners to expand their network
Manage the full procurement lifecycle-from issuing RFQs and sourcing to updating stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product quality and compliance
Create and manage part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAGE
interpret technical drawings with confidence
Support and improve stock control processes, including goods-in and goods-out operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in buying/planning within a manufacturing or factory environment
Strong supplier account management skills and experience working with global customers
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
experience with SAGE and ERP systems is highly desirable
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
