Job Description:

Due to continuous growth, our Procurement Team is excited to welcome a motivated Procurement Sourcing Specialist to help us align procurement with business goals to drive organizational success. As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for the company's operations and be responsible for negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible value and the highest quality standards. Working closely with different departments, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our products and processes.

Job Responsibility:

Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for the company's operations
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
Monitor and track supplier performance
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs
Maintain accurate procurement records and databases
Conduct market research
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices

Requirements:

Excellent English Communication skills
Experience with sourcing IT Categories & Professional Services
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations

Nice to have:

CIPS member or Certified
Experience with Jira Service Management
Experience with Reporting tools (BI, Tableau, Looker etc)
