Job Description:

As a Procurement Masterdata Manager, you lead and coordinate a team managing and maintaining high-quality master data across the organization. You ensure data processes run efficiently, comply with standards, and align with business needs, while developing your team and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating, maintaining, and governing master data accurately and on time to meet KPIs
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Harmonizing processes across regions and business units
  • Acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, IT)
  • Identifying and mitigating data-related risks, proposing new solutions and improving processes
  • Delivering daily Master Data operations (onboarding, offboarding, amendments, query handling)
  • Leading and supporting system integrations and automation projects
  • Preparing data for SAP S/4HANA implementation and ensuring post-implementation data quality
  • Driving performance management by setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and providing real-time feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Master Data management
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
  • Creativity in proposing solutions and improving processes
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders

Nice to have:

Power BI knowledge is a plus
