Job Description:

The role involves analysing supplier pricing to ensure value for money, leading cost reduction and affordability initiatives, and maintaining effective supplier risk management and supply chain resilience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports all sourcing and strategic activity for defined suppliers, including the negotiation of pricing and contractual terms and conditions
  • Acts as the main commercial interface for supplier relationships, resolving issues and ensuring supplier performance
  • Leads supplier risk and opportunity management, driving supply chain resilience and cost improvements
  • Prepares reports, data analysis, and presentations to support senior business reviews with suppliers and customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related engineering or commercial environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing and contract terms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • FULL SC clearance is required for this role
