Job Responsibility:

  • Contract Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end administration of contracts, from initial documentation and filing to monitoring milestones and final closing
  • Budget & Utilization Tracking: Work alongside Project Owners and Finance to track contract spending, ensuring all claims are within budget and supporting the month-end closing process
  • Compliance Monitoring: Help maintain high standards of integrity by ensuring all vendor documents and procurement processes comply with legal regulations and internal SOPs
  • Process Improvement: Contribute fresh perspectives to help the team enhance current procurement workflows and business efficiency
