This role is perfect for individuals with a basic level of knowledge or experience in procurement and finance. Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Procurement and Stock Coordinator with purchasing tasks
  • Help process sales information using accounting software
  • Manage small purchases like office supplies
  • Enter and verify supplier invoices
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Assist with stock management
  • Cover for the Procurement and Stock Coordinator during busy times or absences
  • Prepare delivery and collection paperwork for couriers
  • Pick, pack, and ship hardware when needed
  • Help with monthly billing tasks, including entering rental changes and reconciling invoices
  • Keep accounts organised on all platforms
  • Support the Finance team with tasks like credit control and sales ledger

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Administrative experience
  • Proven track record in a support role, ideally within a procurement/purchasing team
