Job Description:

Do you have the analytical skills for innovative procurement in order to source vendors and suppliers for one of the leading organizations in Greece in the energy sector? In this challenging role of Procurement Analyst you will be liaising between internal departments and suppliers, analyzing and comparing product samples, and negotiating procurement contracts on behalf of the company. Job Responsibility:

Collection, organization, and analysis of data to draw conclusions/corrective actions/pre-standardization actions etc, across for the entire procurement activities (End-to-End Procurement Process)
Data may come from various systems with the main source being the company's internal systems or the internet /databases / platforms
Assisting in the financial analysis of RFPs, prepares weekly/monthly reports, and conduct forecast/budget exercises for procurement objectives
Preparation of data, charts, and relevant presentations for better visual presentation of the analyses and calculations to the appropriate audience
Preparing cost-benefit analysis reports for review by managers
Participation in relevant projects as well as in other project-based tasks, depending on the employee's knowledge and experience

Requirements:

At least 3 years procurement experience in a related industry
Advanced analytical skills
Exceptional negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Business Administration
Proficiency in electronic procurement and analytical software
