Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join the 777 Supply Chain Program Integration Team located in Everett, WA. Successful candidates will assist in driving business planning and decision making, operations, and business insights. The ideal candidate has experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple levels of leadership, possesses a high degree of professionalism, and discretion. Additionally, an ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrate a robust attention to detail and an ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. This role serves as a key liaison, integrating supply chain priorities and operational strategies to support program leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Operating Rhythm: Manage the operating rhythm to support business needs and priorities to enable standard best practices and process, which includes meeting cadence, look-ahead's, reporting cycles, event engagement and communication channels. Creates/maintains Director-level metrics and presentations, runs Director-level meetings
Data Analysis and Insights: Assist in providing timely data analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes. Understand basic requirements for reports and dashboards and collaborate with appropriate focals/ teams
Business Performance: Track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders. Create or collaborate to develop tools to support
Integration and collaboration: Facilitate data sharing, collaboration, and communication between different teams and departments to promote alignment and synergy working at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Flexible and nimble on short notice – based on current business environment
Decision support: Support the organization's decision-making processes by providing the necessary data, analysis, critical thinking, and tools. Help leaders and team members access relevant information and evaluate options to make informed decisions
Requirements:
5+ Years of experience in Supply Chain or Business Operations related discipline
5+ years of experience conducting data analysis in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Tableau and other industry standard tools to deliver insights and highlight risks to the leadership team
5+ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Bachelors Degree or higher
Experience supporting executive leaders
