Job Description:

The Process Planning and Implementation Specialist is responsible for analyzing, planning, optimizing, and implementing production and operational processes within the company. The role aims to ensure production continuity, efficiency, and adherence to high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze existing production processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies, schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process optimization
  • Organize the implementation of new technologies and methods to streamline operations and reduce costs
  • Plan process stages precisely, allocating appropriate resources and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth process execution
  • Monitor production workflows, analyze performance data, and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
  • Collect production metrics and evaluate process efficiency regularly
  • Ensure compliance of all processes with internal standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols
  • Prepare regular reports for management on process performance, changes, and achievements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in production process planning and optimization
  • Knowledge of modern process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and a high sense of responsibility
