Job Responsibility:

  • MES concept creation through implementation on new equipment including optimization of installed processes
  • Ensure OEE, technical availability, quality rate for internal/customer run at rates, including series process stabilization
  • Planning, procurement, and series introduction of production equipment with the specified budget/timing and technical specifications
  • Creating rough and detailed manufacturing concepts
  • testing the reuse of operating resources
  • conducting Prokon workshops
  • and drafting specifications
  • Concepts development of PT indicators
  • Assessment and implementation of technical changes in the context of customer projects and series support
  • Conception, testing and realization of technologies for seat production: Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining
  • Application of quality assurance methods (Poka Yoke, P-FMEA, capability, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies is highly valued (Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining)
  • Experience in procurement of production equipment
  • Fluent English
