We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Excellence Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Six Sigma, process automation, and AI/Gen AI technologies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and measurable cost savings. This role requires a techno-functional mindset and the ability to drive innovation through data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-based solutions
Drive AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, including use cases such as summarization, transcript analysis, and intelligent automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery of quantifiable savings
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standardization
Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capabilities in process excellence
Engage with business and technology stakeholders to align process transformation goals with strategic objectives
Lead and manage a team of Process Excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Oversee the execution of multiple process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies
Champion the identification and implementation of automation opportunities using RPA, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies
Drive the exploration and initial implementation of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify improvement areas, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Develop and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely delivery and realization of quantifiable benefits
Establish and maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Mentor and develop team members, building strong internal capabilities in process excellence and innovation
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or related domains
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
Exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies, including practical applications in business operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
12+ years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or a related domain, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Nice to have:
Experience in global process deployments and managing cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AI governance, model assurance, and responsible AI practices
Understanding of techno-functional workflows, bridging business needs with technical solutions
