Process Engineering Manager

• Champion and execute process excellence and re-engineering initiatives across all global regions
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement focusing on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Create and develop Lean Six Sigma-related materials and resources
• Lead the mobilisation of Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt programmes
• Organise and promote Process Engineering Community events
• Conduct training sessions for LSS programmes
• Drive and mentor productivity and efficiency-focused LSS improvement projects
• Assist in establishing standards for communication, newsletters, and reporting
• Contribute to and lead initiatives related to Process Discovery and Data Discovery
• Explore and implement innovative working methods through automation and AI
• Facilitate the mobilisation and potential replication of Bloom Flow idea generation platform

• Experience in conducting training sessions and project coaching with focus on Lean Six Sigma agenda
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in project execution
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
• Capable of operating effectively in cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically diverse environments
• Attention to details and ability to focus on and accurately complete tasks
• Proficient in managing multiple initiatives concurrently
• Skilled in overcoming challenges and developing innovative solutions
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
