Job Description:

Process Engineer role to implement technical solutions to business problems with low-code solutions, requiring analytical thinking and diplomacy skills, as well as expertise in development tools and methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

Define tasks' scope and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop Appian and Xceptor workflows
Create, design, and maintain SharePoint webparts, workflows, and scripts
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project milestones using appropriate tools
Track main project milestones and deliverables
Deliver and maintain progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises
Define project success criteria
Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of the project
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

Advanced SharePoint 2019/SharePoint Online
Experience with Jquery, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with SQL and Angular
2-5 years of experience with development/coding tools
Proficient in English
Excellent written and communication skills
