Job Responsibility:
Define the plant's equipment needs, to support engineering changes and new projects
Ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule
Ensure the definition of the need for (Assembly Tables, Assembly Lines, WPO
Assembly Area Preconditions) for any new project as well as the budget required to issue the IR
Lead the team in the installation, validation and continuous improvement actions on the components (Quality, volume, cost) of the Assembly Tables, Assembly Lines, WPO
Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by making the necessary anticipations (alert suppliers, alert the MEC...)
Ensure the closure of all reliability reporting points under its responsibility
Follow up with suppliers and ensure that the equipment received meets specifications
Prepare all documentation concerning newly integrated machines
Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of equipment for the means of production
Requirements:
Bac+5 / Engineering degree in a technical education (or equivalent)
Advanced English is mandatory
Knowledge of manufacturing process
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Problem solving techniques
