Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring timely implementation of production facilities within budget and of appropriate quality, and supporting projects
  • Creating data for bids relating to production concepts in connection with the procurement of new projects
  • Planning the production of customer projects in accordance with project management guidelines (with reference to OI or the responsibility matrix)
  • Ensuring the conceptual design for production and assembly operations in accordance with the prepared plan, while adhering to the budget specified in the DPR
  • Preparation of procurement proposals after consultation with the controlling department and production engineering of the sales division. Responsibility for managing the approved budget
  • Responsibility for tasks related to the quality of production planning through quality assurance methods (e.g., K-FMEA, P-FMEA, QFD, Poka Yoke, Ability Proofs)
  • Entering and maintaining subclasses, parts lists, and workflows in the SAP system
  • Responsibility for the timely transfer of the FP project to the plant in accordance with predetermined and specified plan values
  • Evaluation and implementation of technical changes in customer projects and series production
  • Description of investments for annual investment planning in cooperation with the production technology department of the business unit

Requirements:

  • Completed technical studies or 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of the basics of mechatronic systems
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Expertise in industrialization and process engineering
  • English on B2 level
