Job Description:

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking highly skilled and motivated Private Wealth Advisers to join our team in Europe, with a focus on working with clients across the whole of the EU. As a Private Wealth Adviser, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wealth management, relationship building, and a deep understanding of financial markets to offer tailored strategies aimed at optimizing clients' financial futures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and institutions
  • Provide personalized investment advice and comprehensive wealth management services, including retirement planning, tax optimisation, estate planning, and portfolio management
  • Analyse clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to recommend customised solutions
  • Develop and implement investment strategies and asset allocation models that are in line with clients' goals and risk profiles
  • Stay up-to-date with global and local financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to offer relevant and timely advice to clients
  • Work closely with other financial experts within the organisation, including tax advisors, estate planners, and portfolio managers, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
  • Regularly monitor client portfolios and financial plans, ensuring they align with their evolving goals and market conditions
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Ensure all financial advice and actions adhere to local and international regulatory standards and ethical practices
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on clients' financial performance and recommendations
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client meetings and transactions

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking
  • UK Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced CySEC or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in the wealth management industry in Cyprus or wider Europe is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investments, tax laws, and estate planning
  • Expertise in portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in financial planning software and tools, with a deep understanding of investment strategies and markets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • A client-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism
